JMS Selecaó identifies and trains the top players for elite-level competition and representation.

JMS Selecaó is the pinnacle of player development at Juan Martinez Soccer. Our elite identification program selects the best of the best, based on performance, skill, and potential. This program is for players who are ready to take their game to the next level and represent JMS in competitive tournaments and events.

Through a rigorous selection process, players are invited to participate in exclusive training sessions and competitions that provide exposure and opportunities for further development. Our focus is not just on talent, but also on leadership, work ethic, and character.

Player Selection Process

We begin selecting players from the 2013 and 2014 birth years, with plans to expand to other age groups. Players are selected based on performance, not merit, practice attendance, or parent involvement.

Selected players gain access to special training sessions, tournament play, and exclusive events designed to challenge them at the highest level.

Players are identified and selected based on their performance, dedication, and potential during JMS programs and events, including:

• JMS Futuro Camps: Immersive 2-3 day camps designed to enhance skills, decision-making, and tactical understanding.

• JMS Futuro Next Training Sessions: Small group training sessions focused on advanced technical development and game intelligence.

• JMS Futsal: High-tempo games that improve touch, control, and creativity in tight spaces.

• JMS talent ID centers - Competitive, scout-driven events that allow players to showcase their abilities in a fun, competitive environment with pro scouts.

These programs serve as stepping stones for elite athletes to join JMS Seleção and embark on the journey to international soccer opportunities.
